Online resources are also available, including product manuals, software downloads, and detailed troubleshooting information. These resources are continually being developed and updated. Trimble customers are encouraged to contact their local reseller for additional support.

Free Firmware Updates
Customers are advised to update their GPS guidance systems to the latest firmware available to get the best performance, and to benefit from the on-going advances in firmware features and add-ons. The update can be downloaded from our downloads pages for Trimble Click Here
Once the upgrade procedure commences it must not be interrupted.
For customers who do not wish to apply the upgrade themselves we will update their guidance system Free of Charge to customers who deliver the unit to us, or meet us at farm shows. The process only takes a few minutes, while we will advise you of the new features! For customers who send the units by courier or post we will just charge the return cost.
