Terms and Conditions

1
. TITLE
Title in Goods supplied by Precision Ag Ireland shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full. You are the buyer detailed on the Invoice.
Our Agreement to supply the Goods is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card or cleared cheque the details of which you provided on the Invoice.
Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our Website or otherwise.

2. PRICES
All prices are listed in Euro and exclusive of value added tax in Ireland.
Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of goods and will be charged at the prices ruling at the time of acceptance. Delivery costs will be those as quoted at the time of acceptance of the order.
The price of the goods shall be the price quoted by us, unless agreed otherwise by us in writing. We reserve the right to amend any typographical clerical error or omission to prices where reasonable to do so.

3. DELIVERY
Our goods are insured in the event of loss and delivered in Ireland. If goods are in stock, it is our intention to deliver them within Republic of Ireland in 1-3 working days. If goods are out of stock then we will endeavour to deliver within 30 days or you have the right to cancel the order.
When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If there is no one at the delivery address a card will be posted stating how you can retrieve your parcel.

Normally by An Post at An Post rates.

4. CANCELLATION
It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the Goods. If the cancellation comes about because the goods are not suitable then you will need to pay the cost of the return postage if you selected Standard delivery. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange in those circumstances.

5. RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges: We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods in the original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition. For an exchange or full refund, you must advise us within 14 days and return within a further 7 working days. The customer is liable for the return shipping cost, we do not arrange to uplift or collect returned goods. Also the customer is responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their return to us. Please obtain a 'proof of posting' certificate, from your post office or carrier when returning goods.
Returned Goods Surcharge: Goods returned for a refund through no fault of the seller, that are not in ‘as new’ condition incur a 25% handling charge to cover administration, packaging etc. Plus the original delivery carriage charge. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect.

6. Non-defective products
Save for certain EXCEPTIONS, you are entitled, after your receipt of a product purchased by you, to cancel that purchase within the relevant COOL OFF PERIOD of 7 days, and to obtain a full purchase price refund.
Note that although you are entitled to ‘cool off’ and cancel your purchase as aforesaid, the product must be returned in the condition you received it and by following the procedure. So, if you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund as aforesaid. Remember that Precision Ag Ireland  may hold you liable for any damage you cause to the product (including its packaging) while in your possession.
POSSIBLE LENIENCY: Precision Ag Ireland: Although your right to return non-defective products bought from Precision Ag Ireland, if you want to return a non-defective product you purchased from Precision Ag Ireland after the aforesaid 7 day cooling off period and/or the non-defective product returned is not in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, Precision Ag Ireland may, in its sole discretion, decide to nevertheless give you a partial refund on that purchase, typically 25% handling charge plus repair of any damage.

7. Refunds:
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:
We will apply the refund to your original method of payment usually within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please note certain credit card companies may take a further 2-10 business days to post to your account. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 4 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited.
